How is it possible????

How is it possible that a university that dates back to 1766 seems to be devoid of traditions? That can't be possible. I hope we can find some. This is embarrassing for such a wonderful institution rich with history!--Brianlowy (talk) 22:40, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Traditions need not be ancient ones!

There are newer traditions and customs at Rutgers, too, including at least one annual movement that began at Rutgers. So I put those in. — Rickyrab. Yada yada yada 23:39, 27 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed merger

I propose that both Rutgers Agricultural Field Day and Rutgers Day be merged into this article. They are both short articles about traditions/events at Rutgers, and I see no reason why they both need their own standalone articles. Champaign Supernova (talk) 02:39, 27 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

A better target for the Agricultural field day would seem to be the school which runs it, the Rutgers School of Environmental and Biological Sciences. Klbrain (talk) 21:10, 21 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
