Accent

Is there really an accent on that street’s name, rue Clémenceau? Georges Clemenceau had no accent on his name, and was said to engage in a duel with anyone who would make the mistake. I guess that if the City of Beirut really made the mistake, the article should stay as it is, but we could do with an orthography check. 83.199.22.30 (talk) 12:25, 7 October 2008 (UTC)

A simple Internet request "rue Clemenceau Beyrouth" [1] makes obvious that the street in Beirut has the correct orthography : Clemenceau.
