Examples of resort towns

I was thinking we don't need more then 5-10 examples period. This has become a list of all resort towns. I have been watching them get added but don't have a good idea other then removing most of them and putting the removed content into a list. Vegaswikian (talk) 17:51, 30 August 2010 (UTC)

This has gotten out of hand and now we are left with an indiscriminate and arbitrary list of towns. I have edited down to 12 towns with a citation for each showing it is referred to as a ‘resort town’. I think any future additions should have an accompanying reference and a justification to include it here so the list doesn’t grow out of control. Zarcadia (talk) 21:25, 22 March 2011 (UTC)

In the article missing a few resort places with a global reputation, for example: Gibraltar, Monaco (including Monte Carlo), Yalta, Dubrovnik, Benidorm, Ibiza, Guam, Santa Monica, California, Miami Beach, Aspen and some other.
