I see it's marked as public domain. It's a newspaper picture, so the copyright would belong to the publication and has at this point very most likely expired. VєсrumЬа ►TALK 00:25, 3 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Need to rename back to R.O.G. Urch

None of Urch's publications have ever used "Reginald", indeed, it took major hunting to even discover what the R.O.G. stood for. The article needs to be renamed back to the original as the author's own preferred usage. VєсrumЬа ►TALK 00:25, 3 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
