Quorum

"Additionally, referendums will be declared passed if a majority of voters vote for propositions, and the number of agreeing votes reaches 25 percent of the electorate, instead of 50 percent" : One source say a 25 % of the registered voters casting a yes vote, while the other state that it is a mere 25 % turnout quorum. Do anyone know which one it is? I can't seem to find english or french source on this matter.--Aréat (talk) 02:28, 27 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Nevermind, I finally found it. According to article 29 of the referendum law 1, it is indeed a quorum of 25 % of the registered voters casting a positive vote. All these newspapers talking of a turnout quorum are wrong.--Aréat (talk) 22:41, 27 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
