Original research

The Tribune article didn't mention anything about conflicts over the driver's level of inebriation vs. his BAC. Different people will behave differently at the same BAC, so speculation about his level of intoxication without citing a source is just that - speculation, which reflects one editor's interpretation of the reports. Of course, if someone can cite a source for this part, it should stay. Otherwise I plan on removing it in a few days. Jjacobsmeyer (talk) 16:59, 5 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
