Shortly after creation, this article was slapped with a NPOV flag, citing it as the subject of a dispute over neutral point of view and to see discussion on this Talk page prior to removal. Given that there's little if any POV in this brief, fact-based article, and certainly no existing discussion about whether the POV is neutral or not, I am removing the tag.
