"A pseudogap ... describes an energy range" and "The Pseudogap is a zone of the Phase diagram", so what is it exactly?

Use of "underdoped"

Here: "The pseudogap is a zone of the phase diagram generic to cuprate high-temperature superconductors, existing in underdoped specimens at temperatures above the superconducting transition temperature." Is this effect only present in the underdoped version? Does the phase diagram on the page imply something for an overdoped case?
