Relationship to IEC 61724

Is this article specifically about the IEC standard with the same name (IEC 61724 - Photovoltaic system performance), or is it about PV system performance in general? When I first looked it up, I did not get the impression that it is about the standard. However, when I realized it has the same name as the standard, I realized it is much of a summary of the standard. Also, the way the first sentence is phrased ("Photovoltaic system performance deals with" (my emphasis)) makes sense if the article is about the standard.

Either way, the article needs to be more explicit on its relation to the standard. I propose that it is either renamed to "IEC 61724 - Photovoltaic system performance", and the lead changed accordingly, or that the first sentence is changed to "Photovoltaic system performance is a measure, estimate, or assessment of how much power a photovoltaic (PV) system is producing compare to what is expected" (or something similar) and that the standard is mentioned in the first paragraph.
