Obvious error

'Infante' Philip, Duke of Parma?
as he was an infante of spain also, would it not make sense for him to be called Infante Philip, Duke of Parma!? i know that the duchy of parma is a sovereign duchy etc but other ducal infantes of spain have Infante in their title also; Infante Alfonso, Duke of Galliera, Infante Jaime, Duke of Segovia!?
