But it's not known as the "inguinal ligament of Cooper", it's known as the "pectineal ligament of Astley Cooper", according to pastest surgical finals book (1st ed).

That's the point. "Inguinal ligament" is an inaccurate name, but one that is sometimes used anyway. DS (talk) 14:50, 10 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
