Surely, the artists for which Costa performed should be listed alphabetically by LAST name, not first, for individual artists (of course band and other proper names are listed by the first name, as in "Black Sabbath")173.78.13.123 (talk) 06:10, 27 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
See above, done. Many were listed by "The" as well as solo artists by first name. Correctly alphabetized now (might be some errors, sometimes it's hard to tell a band name from a proper name, and I might have erred either way.)
