Why do you think? There's also no mention that a whistleblower was assassinated. Caruana Galizia, in a car bomb. And if you try to add them back, the changes will be reverted... --George.cc (talk) 10:36, 3 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Cash

There is potential to mislead here, as the definition of "cash" is not made clear. Cash can be physical note and coin as in "Other tapes caught their associates stuffing pockets, bags and even their socks with cash",[1] but in real estate transactions "a cash buyer" is unlikely to be bringing a suitcase, or duffel bag of notes, but instead is paying with a cheque or bank transfer. The distinction is about the ability to pay without having to arrange a mortgage or other loan. (In fact they may have raised the "cash" though a loan, or indeed any means, but the "cash" is ready to go.) How can we avoid this risk of misleading?

Could a phrase like "paid upfront" or "paid in full" be used instead. How, exactly, was it facilitated? Bearer bonds? Email transfer? Specifying that could help too, if possible. 2604:3D09:D78:1000:EBD5:90F0:22E0:3387 (talk) 04:24, 10 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
