Can Refer to Anything?

This is confusing. Can Operation Wilno refer to pudding too? "Operation Wilno" was an invented title to an article. It was established that the title to the 1919 event was pure WP:OR, and therefore changed. The 1944 event also has no basis in being called "Operation Wilno", and it too has been changed to its proper title, Operation Ostra Brama. Dr. Dan 17:00, 17 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It was distinctly explained on why this article needed to be deleted (talk) regarding the so-called translation. BTW, who is author of this "source", is it an academical page, sef-published? Does it conform to WP:RS? M.K. 15:26, 25 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

What "translation", Piotrus? Wilno translated from Polish gives Vilnius in case anyone forgot. Fact tags were meant to cast doubt at the claim that these events are indeed called Operation Wilno in English language sources. Please give references to those, not to the sources in Polish. You already explained what the Polish name is but this is not the Polish wiki.
