Goal of Operation TKO

Really? From what I've read, it appears the original goal was for the Ttokkyo steroids, and not the Ketamine. The steroids are obviously a bigger danger (Health reasons). Can someone site this? K69 (talk) 03:09, 26 February 2008 (UTC)
