- Agreed. Wikipedia is not the news, and doesn't need to mention every incident in which an institution is sued. There would be a strong argument for inclusion if there was a conviction, or if the incident was widely reported in national news. OhNoitsJamie Talk 13:23, 9 September 2020 (UTC)

- Done While that source is apparently published by the subject of the article, this seems like a valid use of a self-published source.
