Birth
FreeBMD has the birth of just one Oliver Dolan, that being April→June 1917 in Prescot (near St. Helens), but a 1917 birth would mean he played for England in 1932 aged just 15, can this be the correct Oliver Dolan? Best Regards. DynamoDegsy (talk) 13:24, 3 October 2011 (UTC)
- No, he was selected for Great Britain for the 1928 Great Britain Lions tour of Australia and New Zealand, and he would been aged just 11 if born in 1917. Best Regards DynamoDegsy (talk) 06:53, 1 October 2012 (UTC)
- FreeBMD has two Henry Oliver Dolan's born in Lancashire between 1888 and 1913; July→September 1893 (aged 35…39 in 1928…32, so less likely), and April→June 1899 (aged 29…33 in 1928…32, so more likely), are either of these Oliver Dolan? Best Regards DynamoDegsy (talk) 07:38, 1 October 2012 (UTC)
