Removal of fact using ROA as rationale

This edit removed a valid fact backed up by a BBC news source, claiming because the conviction is spent, the fact must be removed. This was passed up for discussion and the result was to reinstate the fact and that explanation was not appropriate. Any thoughts regarding this should be discussed here before editing the article.
