It's my understanding that the ilium doesn't actually participate in the formation of the obturator foramen; instead, the foramen is formed by the pubic body and rami and the ischial body and ramus. I'm changing the article to reflect this. --Antelan 20:49, 6 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
