Cleanup required

This article didn't need much in the way of copy editing per se. The source list, largely external links, mostly referred to web pages that simply documented Teliatnikow's existence (e.g., the New York Public Library's acknowledgment that they had works by him, or the U.S. Copyright Office's notice of a work copyrighted by him in 1958). Once I commented out all the questionable sources, only the one book remained. I'm adding a "needs references" template, but the actual copyediting is done as far as I see.
