Talk:Next-best-action marketing

My marginal company depends on Wikipedia for free advertising

This is an objective view of a new marketing concept that is making rapid headways (just Google it) and deserves an entry on Wikipedia. In fact, the entry has been created based on demand. There's nothing 'blatant' about it. It describes both the pros and the cons, doesn't claim it's unique or new, and makes references where relevant. If Direct Marketing (its philosophical counterpart) is referenced in Wikipedia, so should Next Best Action Marketing. The speedy deletion tag should be removed imo.—Preceding unsigned comment added by Rob f walker (talkcontribs)

We'll see.

I don't know. I pity you though. I am forgiving. But I don't know what to do. We'll see.... This anime's article creator is Yelyos. This one, on the other hand, was created by WhisperToMe. Sgt_Pikachu5 13:44, 26 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks again, Wikipedia

Hi, I'm unconnected with the back-and-forth on this entry, but I was very glad to see there was an entry! I had to puzzle out what a marketing person was saying and this page on next-best-action helped me make sense of it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Vjhamilton (talkcontribs) 17:11, 21 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Cleaned up?

I added some internal and external linkage (including a link to page creator's (Rob Walker's) 2007 article on information-management.com) and removed the {{Inappropriate tone}} and {{Orphan}} flags. Let me know what you think. Is it too much of a puff piece for Choridiant? Woz2 (talk) 11:33, 1 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I just clarified the Chordiant trademark point and I'll try to improve the way the article reads. Dublinblue (Simon in Dublin) (talk) 09:13, 29 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
