List or prose?

I'm not familiar with the format of WP lists - are they generally written in prose or in bullet point lists, or is either format appropriate? Which format is preferable for this list, as I see that both prose and lists are being used. MurielMary (talk) 10:17, 17 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
