Fair use rationale for Image:Hdr-torch.gif

Wikification Notes
I removed unvalidated opinions from the section on e-curriculum, removed references to number of colleges with this program since I found conflicting information elsewhere, and used a more friendly vocabulary to describe the program (I had to look up what didactic meant, it seemed to obscure to me). I also added a reference to NYUCD's own description of their e-curriculum and added an article on e-Curriculum in North American Dentistry Colleges to the external links. The image Image:Nyuseal.gif is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here.
