Japanese or english?

So, is this game japanese only or has it been translated to english? The page doesn't say.

Compatibility?

I would assume NT4SP4+/95OSRx/98/98SE/2000SPx since the game was released in 2001; however, it could include ME and/or XP depending on the exact date.
