Talk:Neighbourhoods of Charlottetown

I moved this info several months ago from the Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island article, hoping that it would receive more focused edits to bring it up to standard - this has not been the case, so I added the cleanup tag.

My primary issue with this article revolves around the fact that this information does not really discuss the neighbourhoods but rather the price of housing and real estate market in those neighbourhoods. A more balanced approach is needed and I think the housing prices should be removed as these are subject to continuous change.
