Article rescue
I suspect this article can be rescued. "National Alliance for Optional Parenthood" as 43 GScholar hits: [1], "National Organization for Non-Parents" has 56 [2], including at least one academic study specifically about the organization ("A study of the membership of the National Organization for Non-Parents", Barnett, LD and MacDonald, RH, Social biology, 1976). The organization seems to predate the web age, and thus is not particularly easy to research on the web, but seems to have been quite influential in its time. --Stephan Schulz (talk) 13:37, 10 May 2010 (UTC)
- Search Google news archive, and you'll find hordes of results. I added a couple of references to news paper articles in the past, and the names of two prominent members. That was from searching for their old name even. Searching for their new name would provide additional results. You can also do a Google book search. I removed the deletion tag. If someone sends this to AFD, then add the Rescue link again, but I believe I've proven ample references do exist for this organization. Dream Focus 01:55, 11 May 2010 (UTC)
