I am guessing that it is in fact a screwed up translit of Nidam (niTHam- network, system) in Moroccan pronunciation, the only independent citation I can find is in Spanish press. One suspects that a Spanish journalist screwed up. In fact it seems to have no other life than internet mention c. 2006 --collounsbury (talk) 12:29, 7 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
