I found your article very interesting and the structure and content are very good and well organized. You use a lot of 'transition' words which are nice for regular writing but it almost sounds weird in a Wikipedia article ('As we can see below', 'On the other hand', 'evidently'). Not sure if this is necessary to remove, just an observation. Some sentences were a little awkward to read ('the agency within...they observe that' sounds somewhat awkward and these two sentences could be consolidated to be more fluid (not necessary, just a suggestion). Overall, there is not much I would say to change about your article, you did a really nice job researching and making it clear! The content and overall piece are good, just proofreading and being nitpicky and it will be awesome.
