List based on lousy ethnicity concept and dubious datas

I can't understand the purpose of this article as the criteria for ethnicity vary among countries, and such datas are not even a census entry in most of them. Even compared with country articles the list is not valid, e.g. for Thailand (ethnic 'minorities' are between 20% and 65% of its population accordibg to various contradictory sources quoted in Thailand-related articles on this en.Wikipedia !). There is a misleading confusion between nationality/citizenship and ethnicity e.g. for Algeria (sizable ethnolinguistic Berber minorities), Jordan (Palestinians are Jordanian citizens with a distinct ethnicity), Lebanon (every ethnoreligious group has its own ethnicity), Morocco (same as Algeria).
