Why?

I just don't see how this disambiguation page is any more helpful to the reader than the former redirect to List of health departments and ministries, particularly since any ministry listed on the disambiguation page is, or at least should be, already included in the other list article. --R'n'B (call me Russ) 17:25, 9 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
