I have added the cleanup-rewrite and limitedgeographic scope tags because this article refers to specific plans by the United States military prior to WWII rather than war plans in general. The content is duplicated at U.S. Color-coded War Plans. War plans are standard procedure for militaries and this article needs to describe what they are, how they are created, that kind of information. GabrielF 06:18, 11 Feb 2005 (UTC)
