midget?

Why does this article use the word "midget"? Is there a reason not to change it to "dwarf" or "little person", except where "midget" is part of a proper noun? --Allen 04:13, 10 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Because in the wrestling world, that's what they're called, midget wrestlers. Pro wrestling is politically incorrect in any number of ways, don't let it bother you. Wasted Time R 11:41, 10 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Can we at least change the second instance of "midget" in the first sentence (the one that's wikilinked) to [[dwarfism|dwarf]]? When we say "midget wrestler" I can sort of justify that in my mind as a proper noun sort of thing that just doesn't happen to be capitalized. But when we say "A midget wrestler is a midget...", it seems like that second "midget" is our language, rather than an echo of the language people use in the world of "midget wrestling". --Allen 20:34, 13 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
No response; so I've made the change. --Allen 04:32, 23 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
