Relevance?

I still don't see why this article is necessary. Michel didn't do anything notable himself, so his existence and move from France could easily me included in the Ignace-Michel-Louis-Antoine d'Irumberry de Salaberry article (which is equally short). - TheMightyQuill 03:29, 7 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
