Dosage
In the first sentence in this paragraph, shouldn't "metabolism" be replaced by "metabolisation", meaning "processing by the human body"? I'm not sure, since my grasp of the english language is tenuous at best, and I could not be farther from a doctor or pharmacologist, but maybe a person more versed in this field could have a look into this and check.
