The 'issues' cited at end-2016 are a big ask IMO. Whether major companies in countries the size of Spain should have an article as of right is a policy decision, and I'd ask only that it is (a) consistent (b) made known to editors. As regards citations, a company which goes about its business quietly and doesn't feature in scandals is unlikely to generate general news. I've noted before that WP entries on companies are top-heavy with often-trivial 'controversies' because that's what makes news. What WP seems to be saying is that a trouble-free company is ipso facto unimportant. As regards links, it has several outgoing, and it's linked from the IBEX 35 article. I can't see what more it could have. However if WP is desperate to delete is as not notable, go ahead Chrismorey (talk) 05:07, 17 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The topic is clearly notable, IMHO. It should be expanded with more about its origin, companies that were acquired/merged, executives and so on. There is some reporting in the Spanish press about this (example). --MarioGom (talk) 15:21, 22 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Added further content from the Spanish article. Replaced references by independent sources. The article is still a stub, but WP:CORPDEPTH can be checked on major Spanish media outlets ([1], [2], [3]), including some controversies. --MarioGom (talk) 20:56, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
