Wording and Neutrality

I wanted to ask others who have worked on this page for assistance on determining neutrality.

Under the Benefits to Others section (reworded to Positive Impact) the first point discusses: "Whereas women tend to foster a nurturing, calm, and positive environment, men promote a more active and physical environment."[1] The source website for this information does not state where this information was obtained, and it is hard to verify. http://malesinece.weebly.com/benefits.html

I believe this should be reworded or directly cited, as this is not a neutral statement without sourcing.

In the field men often avoid these nurturing positions due to the point mentioned previously about being suspect of abuse. I am currently working with a source that discusses the limitations of men's actions with regards to nurturing and I plan on adding it to the current content.

What are your thoughts?
