Accuracy of facts:

The article states "The donor, ... donated sperm in 2006". As the child in question was born in May 2006, this cannot be correct. According to the findings of the court it happened in summer 2005:

Quote: 16. The learned High Court judge found that on the 9th August, 2005, the father was at the respondents' house, the contract with J.C. was printed off their computer, and it was amended to insert the father's name. He made his first donation of sperm that evening.
