Etymology
The word matinik can mean thorny or lots of [fish]bones. It also means clever or witty in Tagalog slang. The title is play on the latter word. The portmanteau means someone who is good in solving math problems. ReignBough (talk) 03:03, 25 June 2024 (UTC)
