3. Was the Cape Cod Expressway really supposed to continue all the way to New York City?

4. The traffic count would fit better at the end of the Route description than in the History section.
   • I don't see how it would fit in with the Route description section; stating how many motorists used the road in 2008 seems more like a historical fact.
