Removal of The Right to be Forgotten section and a defamatory part of "Early Career"
The section is not existing in the Danish version of the page. Also the saying "The right to be forgotten" derives from the GDPR legislation Paragraph 17. It is first and foremost an unnecessary and bias title for the section, as it is not about GDPR legislation.
Secondly the relevancy of the section is obsolete, taken into consideration that the articles referred to are 15 years old. Further the verdict from the Press Council states that it is not possible to decide where the wrong informations on the so-called press CV comes from. Saying that Martin Lumbye has embellished his resume is a false accusation.
The section is hence more intentionally discrediting than it is informing.
As it is with the Danish version, I suggest that the same parts of the English version is removed.
The Press Council verdict can be found here (in Danish only)
