If this is in the wrong place, I apologize.

No editing attempted here, only a comment.

There should be some mention of the election controversy regarding Mrs. Harrington in 1990. I believe that she signed a document acknowleding conduct against the election laws, but without any wrongful intent, and undertaking to ensure that her future campaigns would be conducted properly.

I believe that this controversy may have ditched Mrs. Harrington's chance to become a Member of Cabinet. I believe that Mrs Harrington at least at one time thought it did. If any of the authors of thios article have access to Mrs. Harrington personally, she might have views on this subject. Dick Harrington expressed views on this subject at the time.
