Talk:Margaret Carlson

It appears that margaret carlson has added propagandists to her resume as can be seen by her Boomberg.com article of 11/17/05.

Is Tucker Carlson her brother or not?!

I always thought they were brother and sister. I think I once heard her refer to him as her brother once when he was very new to CNN.

He "is the son of Richard W. Carlson, who was president and CEO of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting from 1992 to 1997. His stepmother is Patricia Carlson, heir to the Swanson frozen-food fortune."

Her parents are not listed on her bio.

No matter what the case, the relationship or non-relationship should be put down since so many people are asking the same question.

When did Carlson become first female correspondent?

When did Carlson become the first female correspondent with Time? I think the article confuses this issue somewhat -- at least based on my reading of it.

Remove content

I removed content that was much too detailed for a general encyclopedia and the content is not encyclopedic in nature and tone. Please do not replace without consensus from experienced users that understand WP:NPOV and WP:BLP policy. FloNight 17:38, 14 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Accusation that The Rock is a racist skinhead

It is often claimed that back in August 2000, Margaret Carlson referred to Dwayne Johnson as a racist skinhead, and this is generally regarded to be one of the more careless and unprofessional things said by journalists about Pro-Wrestlers. What's the best way that adheres to the rules to include this? 96.18.105.92 (talk) 02:24, 16 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Birth year

I removed the birth date listed for Carlson in the infobox and in the corresponding category as I did not see in any of the references any information to verify her birth year. There are reliable sources that establish the day (Nov. 29) (e.g., Politico publishes that her birthday is Nov. 29),[1][2] but none provide an age or year of birth. If you have a reliable source to establish her age on a particular date or her birth year, please add the information and cite the source(s). – 108.56.139.120 (talk) 15:42, 8 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
