Production or Non-production
There should be some clarity given in the opening paragraph as to whom defines the bike as non-production and whom defines it as production, given the differing definitions (Guinness gave it a record as a production vehicle, but it appears that even its definition varies). - It's defined the same way Wikipedia does anything, consensus. The article production vehicle gets as close as we can to a working definition as we can get. It's pretty clear they are made to order. A lot of your lesser blog sites (e.g. Zigwheels) don't seem to grasp the difference between street legal and production.
It's pretty clearly non-production, and if anything I'd question the claim that it's street legal. I don't think it meets EPA or Euro emissions and noise standards, or that it even has attempted to meet any such regulations. I would guess that some localities let you put plates on it as a custom bike -- underscoring that it's non-production.
As far as sources, this is about as low-profile as you can get. These bikes barely exist at all and arguably this article could be deleted for lack of notability. --Dennis Bratland (talk) 00:17, 1 November 2015 (UTC)
