R to project namespace

@SMcCandlish: Now this is an edit even I don't understand. We are collecting all XNRs to project space into one category, Category:Redirects to project space. Why not this? 𝟙𝟤𝟯𝟺𝐪𝑤𝒆𝓇𝟷𝟮𝟥𝟜𝓺𝔴𝕖𝖗𝟰 (𝗍𝗮𝘭𝙠) 20:44, 17 January 2021 (UTC)
