The second Pay TV outside the US? Canal + (France) started in 84, FilmNet started in 83 or 84 and Teleclub (Switzerland) started in 84 as well, with test broadcasts as early as 82! So how can it be the second pay tv service outside the US in 1986???

Why does MWeb redirect here? M-Net is a Television Channel and MWeb an Internet Service Provider. Two separate companies. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 198.54.202.242 (talk) 20:50, 20 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
