Could we not have a few lines describing how LLoyd's goes about in its registers (over time) naming, referencing, classifying, detailing ships? Broichmore (talk) 11:11, 25 July 2018 (UTC)
It would be helpful to know where to find the definitions of abbreviations used in the older Lloyd's Register of Shipping, ie, is there a page in every register that defines the abbreviations used?
