For a game to be listed, there must be at least one reliable source that directly states that the game was ever announced or in development for the Sega CD.
Games that were cancelled for the Sega CD, but came out on other platforms, are still eligible for this list.
Games that were only cancelled in one region, but released on Sega CD in other regions, are not eligible.
