July 29, 2020 revisions

This update performed the following:

Change the English names of families to those used by SACC.
Change the English name of American comb-duck to Comb duck.
Add Butterfly coquette (Lophornis verreauxii) and Diamantina sabrewing (Campylopterus diamantinensis) to Hummingbirds.
Add note about a split of Vermilion flycatcher (Pyrocephalus rubinus) in Tyrant flycatchers.
Add Utcubamba tapaculo (Scytalopus intermedius), Loja tapaculo (Scytalopus androstictus), Ampay tapaculo (Scytalopus whitneyi), Jalca tapaculo (Scytalopus frankeae), and White-winged tapaculo (Scytalopus krabbei).
Replace Tawny-throated leaftosser with South American leaftosser (Sclerurus obscurior) in Ovenbirds.
Add Warbling vireo (Vireo gilvus).
Revise the sequence of species in genera Euphonia and Chlorophonia in Finches.
Revise the genus and English name of the former Yellow-green chlorospingus and move it to Tanagers.
Revise the genus of Blue-and-yellow tanager.
Revise references, counts, and text to reflect these changes.

December 14, 2020 revision

This revision performed the following per the SACC:

Finalize the split of Penelope bridgesi from P. obscura by assigning an English name (Guans).
Assign the former Amazilia chionogaster and A. viridicauda to a new genus (Hummingbirds).
Merge southern caracara into crested caracara (Falcons).
Revise the sequence of Ara macaws (New World and African parrots).
Revise the genus and English name of the former Stymphalornis acutirostris (Antbirds).
Finalize the split of Thamnistes rufescens from T. anabatinus by assigning an English name (Antbirds).
Merge Layard's woodcreeper into Rondonia woodcreeper (Ovenbirds).
Revise the binomials of the former Tijuca species and the sequence of Lipaugus species (Cotingas).
Revise the genus and position of chapada flycatcher (Tyrant flycatchers).
Add white-eyed vireo to the list.
Revise references, counts, and text to reflect the above.

Split Ceara woodcreeper from lesser woodcreeper in Ovenbirds.
Split chinchipe spinetail from necklaced spinetail in Ovenbirds.
Revise the sequence of species and seven genera in Tyrant flycatchers.
Replace spotted nightingale-thrush with speckled nightingale-thrush in Thrushes.
Split moss-backed sparrow from saffron-billed sparrow.
Revise the common name of Idiopsar speculifera in Tanagers.

Revise the English name and specific epithet of emerald toucanet (toucans).
Revise the specific epithet of curl-crested aracari (toucans).
Add two species, revise an English name, and revise the sequence of species in genus Forpus (New World parrots).
Revise the sequence of species in genus Scytalopus (tapaculos).
Add a species of genus Hylexetastes (ovenbirds).
Revise the English name of Idiopsar brachyurus (tanagers).
