Vice Admiral Mark D. Harnitchek missing
Vice Admiral Mark D. Harnitchek is missing. He was born in 1955, he was promoted as VIce Admiral in June 2009 and assigned as Deputy Commander, U. S. Transportation Command and in 2011, as Director, Defense Logistics Agency. He retired in 2015 and he was a officer in U. S.
