Wills Mountain State Park

Wills Mountain State Park is listed here on wiki as a stub and on stateparks.com. Stateparks.com isn't a very good resource and takes much of it's info from wiki and wiki just has a sentence on this park. A quick look at Maryland's official state park site yeilds zero info on Wills Mountain State Park Wills Mountain is in the western part of the state. Does anyone have info on this? If not I would say that this article should be deleted. Dincher (talk) 00:55, 17 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • The USGS GNIS lists it here. I know from Pennsylvania that the GNIS sometimes list defunct parks. Have not yet looked elsewhere on the web yet. Ruhrfisch ><>°° 01:14, 17 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
    • Thanks. I've looked and looked and haven't found anything at all. Dincher (talk) 01:37, 17 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
      • It does appear on another Maryland government website: [1], published by the Maryland State Archives. See also this PDF: "Located northwest of Cumberland atop the steep and potentially dangerous Narrows, Wills Mountain State Park is not currently promoted by the state." That might explain it. • It looks like the case has been solved. Thanks for the input. Dincher (talk) 01:51, 17 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
